All creations are handcrafted and French, made in Loiret (45) by the designer Solenn Mahé.

DEFINITION

The general terms and conditions of sale, hereinafter referred to as “the GTC”, define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of sales made on the website www.nacreetlenn.com, hereinafter referred to as “the site”.

They are concluded between Nacreetlenn and the persons wishing to place an order for product(s) via the site, hereinafter referred to as “the customer”.

These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between Nacreetlenn and the customer, and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the site www.nacreetlenn.com or during any other sale outside the internet.
The acquisition of a good through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale.

Nacreetlenn reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time.
In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

OUR PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale on the site are those mentioned in the various sections of the site's home page.
Nacreetlenn reserves the right to modify the content of its online store at any time and without notice, in particular to include or remove references or to modify certain sales prices.

The essential characteristics of the products are presented within each product sheet using several photos as well as a detailed description. If the customer has any questions, they can contact Nacreetlenn by email at the following address: nacreetlenn@gmail.com
Please note that viewing on the site does not always allow you to fully appreciate and reproduce the colors of the models and/or the materials.
Consequently, Nacreetlenn cannot be held liable for any marginal difference between the colors and/or materials displayed and the colors and/or materials of the product as delivered. The use of Nacreetlenn products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose is prohibited.

Gold-plated or costume jewelry is guaranteed nickel-free in accordance with regulations.
We advise you to send us your wrist size for a custom-made bracelet, otherwise the average size is 15 cm (with a 4 cm adjustment chain).

The size of the necklaces varies between 35cm and 80cm (with a 4cm adjustment chain).

We provide care advice on each description sheet to best preserve your jewelry: "To preserve your jewelry and keep its shine, avoid contact with water, perspiration, perfume and other cosmetic products. Store the item in a jewelry box without contact with other metals...".

Obviously, we cannot be held responsible if these instructions are not respected or misread/understood/evaluated, for any misuse (see return policy), and any requests for exchange or repair will not be accepted.

Improper handling and/or use of the jewelry (snagging/tearing, mistreatment, deformed jewelry, loss, contact with corrosive and/or cosmetic products, improper use, etc.) will not be subject to exchange.

 

Personalized and custom-made models are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

 

 

 

PRICE

Product prices are indicated on the site in euros including tax, excluding shipping costs, which will be specified and invoiced to the customer upon final validation of their order.
Shipping costs are free for all deliveries to mainland France for purchases over €50.
Any order placed on the site and delivered outside of France may be subject to potential taxes and customs duties that are imposed when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and potential taxes related to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the customer. Nacreetlenn is not required to verify and inform the customer of applicable customs duties and taxes.
Nacreetlenn reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the customer.
When the validated order contains one or more incorrect elements (price, description, photo, etc.), Nacreetlenn reserves the right to cancel it and refund it.

At the buyer's request, a paper invoice will be sent to them (not sent systematically out of respect for the environment).

 

 

ORDERS

The contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed by a confirmation including this contractual information at the latest at the time of delivery. Nacreetlenn reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order, total or partial non-payment of the current order, refusal of authorization of payment by credit card from banking organizations, non-payment or partial payment. Nacreetlenn cannot be held liable in this regard under any circumstances.
Upon payment validation, the order is registered and becomes irrevocable. The order form will be recorded in Nacreetlenn's computer records, which are themselves stored on reliable and durable media, and will be considered proof of the contractual relationship between the Parties. Once payment has been validated, an order confirmation will be sent by email to the customer, to the email address provided by the customer at the time of ordering.
The information and personal data that Nacreetlenn asks you to provide are reserved solely for its use.

PAYMENTS

The price of the products and delivery costs are payable in full by the customer at the time the order is placed on the website.
Payment is made securely by credit card.

Payment will validate the customer's order.
The exact list of accepted credit cards is provided to the customer during the payment process. Payments by postal check, bank check, wire transfer, PayPal, or money order are not accepted.

 

 

DELIVERY

As soon as your creation is completed and sent, an email will notify you of its dispatch and its tracking number.
The creations are sent to the full address specified by the customer when ordering (to be checked carefully before confirming the order to avoid any risk of error).

Nacreetlenn is not responsible for any losses/damages incurred during transport generated by La Poste services.

NO replacement and/or refund will be possible.
If an error is made during entry or the address is incomplete, we cannot be held responsible.
Packages are sent via La Poste by tracked letter or by Colissimo without signature, depending on your choice when ordering.
The products are delivered to the delivery address you provided to us during the ordering process.
Allow approximately 3 to 5 working days for deliveries in mainland France (times given as an indication and may change depending on the time of year).

 

For personalized creations, the validation email of the completion of your creation and your validation will be taken as proof before sending and allow at this precise moment 3 to 5 working days for deliveries in mainland France (deadlines given for information only and may change depending on the time of year).

For the French overseas departments and territories and abroad, delivery times will be longer and variable, depending on the postal services and beyond our control.

The folds leave our workshop in the best conditions: we take great care in the packaging of your creations and your folds or parcel (bubble envelope or cardboard) will however be sent at your own risk, we cannot be held responsible for delays, non-delivery, losses and/or thefts and damage caused during transport.

In the event that the letter or package is not delivered to you despite information to the contrary from the La Poste tracking site, we will not be held responsible in any way.
This postal service is of course independent of our company.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING CHARGES

Letter followed (without insurance):

Metropolitan France and overseas departments: €3.50
World – Europe: €6.50

Colissimo without signature: Metropolitan France: €5.50

 

Please note: We will not be held responsible for any customs charges and will not issue any refunds.

Goods travel at the recipient's risk and peril, the designer will not be held responsible for losses, thefts, damage, delays and other events caused by French and foreign postal services.

The folds leave our workshop in the best conditions: we take great care in the packaging of your creations and your folds or parcel will however be sent at your own risk, we cannot be held responsible for delays, non-delivery, losses and/or thefts and damage caused during transport.

Shipping and packaging costs are fixed and calculated at the most actual cost.

Please combine your purchases into a single order as we will not be able to combine shipping charges that will be due for multiple separate orders.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REIMBURSEMENT

In accordance with article L.121-20 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 working days from the date of delivery of your order to return any item that does not suit you, in its original packaging and new, suitable for re-sale and having previously contacted the designer by writing an explanation concerning the problem encountered with the jewel by email to nacreetlenn@gmail.com

Please note: Custom-made creations are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
These conditions are not valid on orders for sale or promotional items, nor on those benefiting from a promotional coupon code or other.
The return of goods is at the customer's expense.

The return must be sent with a tracking number in order to track the traceability of the package, and the customer will keep proof of sending.
The creations must not have been worn or broken.

A photo will be requested before validation of your reshipment.

After this 14-day period: no item will be exchanged and/or refunded.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Nacreetlenn will make every effort to reimburse the consumer within a maximum of 14 days. The consumer will then be reimbursed directly to their bank account.

RETURNS AND AFTER-SALES SERVICES

Improper handling and/or use of the jewelry (snagging/tearing, mistreatment, deformed jewelry, loss, contact with corrosive and/or cosmetic products, improper use, etc.) will not be subject to exchange or refund.
After-sales service can be considered if the jewelry is repairable and the act will be chargeable.

If the customer changes his mind, or the product you received does not meet his expectations, the customer must contact us by email before returning the item so that we can find a solution to this sale in the best conditions for both parties.

Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Nacreetlenn (in the event of an exchange and/or refund).
Nacreetlenn cannot be held responsible for delays, non-delivery, damage, or losses due to the carrier and/or the customer. No refunds are possible.

Personalized creations will not be exchanged or returned.
If the returned package/folder is lost or damaged, we will not be able to exchange the order and the customer will have to make a claim directly with their carrier.
The customer will send Nacreetlenn all proof of reshipment of his order (tracking number, date of dispatch, city of dispatch, format of dispatch: tracked letter, colissimo, etc.).

 

 

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PERSONAL DATA

The Customer is informed and accepts that his/her personal data may be collected by Nacreetlenn, which acts as data controller within the meaning of Law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to Information Technology, Files and Liberties as amended on January 20, 2017 [and as it will be amended by the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 dated April 27, 2016, applicable from May 25, 2018]. "Personal data" refers to information about you as a natural person that you voluntarily provide when making a purchase on the site, or that Nacreetlenn collects as part of your browsing and which allows you to be identified, directly or indirectly. The Customer's personal data will be kept for the entire duration of use of the service. All data that you provide on the Nacreetlenn site is used to process your orders. You have the right to rectify, consult, modify and delete the data you have provided to the seller.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law. Only the French version of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is authentic.

NACREETLENN JEWELRY CARE ADVICE

It is essential to take care of Nacreetlenn jewelry

Cosmetics dull and diminish the shine of jewelry, stones, and crystals. Avoid contact with water, pool chlorine, sprays, oils, body creams, makeup, or perfumes. Perspiration can also oxidize jewelry.
– Remove jewelry before washing hands and applying makeup (do not spray perfume directly on the jewelry).
– Wear jewelry last, after applying makeup and getting dressed. At the end of the day, remove it first.
– Avoid contact with water or moisture. Protect them from humid ambient air, sea air or rain. (Do not store jewelry in the bathroom or any other humid room)
-To preserve the shine of your jewelry, it is recommended to clean it regularly. Take a small, soft cloth (suede type) and clean it gently. Wipe carefully.
-To prevent jewelry from scratching or damaging each other, it is important to protect each piece individually. It should be stored in its own case or pouch, or in a jewelry box or drawer away from other pieces.
Chains and necklaces must be closed, laid flat and wrapped.

*Repairs requested outside of raw materials and labor, if mistreated and used, will be subject to invoicing (repair + shipping costs).

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All photographic elements and the Nacreetlenn Logo are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the creator.
No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, the visual elements of the site (Images, photographs, creations) except with the express authorization of the creator.

Any reproduction, even partial, of our products, creations, models, packaging, boxes, labels, drawings and photos, packaging, graphic charters, logos would be illegal and punishable under the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.

Nacreetlenn brand jewelry, accessories, and decorations are not copyright-free. Reproduction is prohibited.
