02 What are the delivery times?

Allow approximately 3 to 5 working days for deliveries in mainland France.

For personalized creations, the validation email of the completion of your creation and your validation will be valid before sending and allow 3 to 5 working days for deliveries in mainland France at this precise moment.

For the French overseas departments and territories or the rest of the world: 3 to 8 days

03 How is my jewelry sent?

Careful shipping by tracked mail or Colissimo in tissue paper, gift bag, bubble wrap or cardboard envelope depending on the creation.

04 Who makes the jewelry?

Myself, Solenn, the creator and maker of your jewelry.

05 Where are the jewelry made?

The jewelry is made in my workshop in Orléans.

06 What are the conditions for exchange and refund?

You have 14 days to return your order to us if you are not satisfied or if you change your mind, with the packaging, the jewelry in its original condition and unworn.

Please note, however, that personalized jewelry cannot be refunded or exchanged.

All you have to do is pay the shipping costs (sending/receiving) and contact me in advance at the following address: nacreetlenn@gmail.com

07 What materials are used?

It is important to me to use materials that will last over time and in order to be able to offer you affordable and reasonable prices, I mainly use semi-precious stones, gold plating and stainless steel.

 

 

08 When will I be able to find silver jewelry on the Nacreetlenn e-shop?

In 2024, I will offer you a Silver range, because many of you have been asking me for it 😊

09 Can I have a Nacreetlenn jewel engraved?

Yes, it's possible! To personalize your NACREETLENN jewelry and add a touch of emotion, you can have it engraved!

I personalize my jewelry with one or more initials on a medallion.

Engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged.

10 What is the symbolism of the different stones?

All our stones have a different symbolism!

11 Can I place an order even if I do not live in mainland France?

It is possible to place an order even if you live in the French overseas departments and territories or abroad.

Please note that in the case of a shipment outside the European Union or to the French overseas departments and territories, customs taxes may be charged upon receipt of the package.

These taxes depend on the country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Outside mainland France, delivery times may vary from 1 to 4 weeks.

12 How to request delivery to the NACREETLENN workshop?

Choose the “workshop collection” option

Proceed to payment.

The delivery time is indicated in the shopping cart.

In this case, delivery will be free.

13 How do I use my promotional code?

If you received a NACREETLENN promotional code, you can use it during its validity period:

On the site by entering the promotional code in the shopping cart.

When you enter your promotional code in your shopping cart, once it has been validated, the conditions of this code will be displayed.

14 What is the procedure to follow when my jewelry arrives broken?

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

We invite you to take photos and explain to us what happened.

We will then do what is necessary to return the jewel to you as quickly as possible (subject to available stock).

15 The size of my jewelry is too small, what should I do?

No problem, I can enlarge them or make them to measure.

However, pay close attention to the dimensions before ordering, measure your wrists carefully or check carefully or the jewel will fall.
